We also receive limited technical information when you use DoneGrip, such as IP address, device and browser type, app version, timestamps, diagnostic logs, and security events. Analytics on this marketing website may collect page and interaction data when enabled.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure your account; provide, maintain, and troubleshoot the service; generate and deliver documents you request; respond to support; prevent abuse; understand product performance; and comply with law.

When information is shared

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate DoneGrip—for example hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, analytics, and spam prevention. They may process information only for the services they provide to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction with appropriate safeguards.

When you send a quote, invoice, or timesheet, information is shared with the recipient you choose.

Your choices and rights

You may access and update account information in the app. You can contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Security, retention, and location

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including encrypted HTTPS connections. No online service can promise absolute security. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including legal, accounting, security, and backup requirements.

DoneGrip may use providers in Canada, the United States, or other countries, so information may be processed outside your province, state, or country and be subject to local law.

Children and changes

DoneGrip is intended for business use and not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the product changes. We’ll post the revised date here and provide additional notice when required.
